Q What can I do with Online Banking?
AYou can view account balances and transaction history, transfer money, and download transactions to a personal financial manager and much more. Check out the Internet Banking Demo to see all the features of Internet Banking and how you can personalize your online banking experience.

Q How do I access Online Banking?
AYou must first complete the Internet Banking registration form and submit it to us. Once your registration is received we will process your request and mail you an "FI Key", a one-time access you will use the first time you sign into Online Banking. You must have an existing checking, savings or loan account before banking online.

Q What is required to use the Online Banking service?
AAll you need to use Internet Banking is a secure browser that supports 128 bit encryption, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer®, Netscape Navigator® or America Online®. You can use any computer that has Internet access.

Q Can I create my own password?
AYou will be asked to set up a password during the initial Internet Banking registration. This will be your Online Banking password and your Social Security Number will be your user name. You will be expected to provide these every time you log into Online Banking as well as the initial time, along with the "FI Key". Password requirements are as follows:

  • Six to fourteen characters long
  • At least one number
  • At least one upper-case letter
  • At least one lower-case letter
  • At least one special character
Example: (please do not use) Sally#1 or 123@Main

Q What happens if I forget my password?
A First Keystone Bank currently has a process enabled where you can reset your own password. The customer selects three questions and provides the answers to those questions. Those answers are later used to verify your identity and allow you to reset your password. To use this feature, you must have a valid email address.

If you haven't set these questions up before, you will be prompted to upon your initial log-in to Internet Banking, when logging in without having provided this information before or opted out, or if you incorrectly attempt to validate your forgotten password information. Furthermore, these questions can be reset under the User Options sections once your signed into Online Banking.

You have five attempts to enter the correct password before the system locks you out. Beyond that, you will need to click the 'Forgot Password?' link under the Login button on the homepage. You will then be asked to provide your User ID, the answers to your three validation questions, and a new password that conforms to our password guidelines (see above). After that, you should be able to return to our home page and log into Online Banking using the new password.

If you have not previously selected these questions and cannot remember your password, you will need to contact Customer Service at 610-892-5192.

Q Do I have to use my Social Security Number as my User Name?
A No! Your Social Security Number is your default user name on the system. It will be used when you first sign into Online Banking. If you wish to change it, you may do so under the "User Options" section once you've signed into Online Banking.

Q What accounts will I be able to access with Online Banking?
A You can access your checking, savings, investment and loan accounts from the Internet banking service. Our Internet Banking Product is intended to give you as much access, security, and versatility as possible.

Q How frequently is my First Keystone Bank information updated?
A All customer information is real-time. This means First Keystone Bank updates immediately after the transactions occur. Whether you access our Online Banking site or contact our customer service department, your account information is updated to reflect all account activity as it occurs.
