Ideal for attorneys! With this product, one account will allow you to combine separate escrow account funds into one "master" account. First Keystone Bank will maintain separate account records for each of your sub-accounts and provide you with one comprehensive statement each month.

Estate Checking

This account pays a competitive rate of interest on any balance, with unlimited deposits and transfers. There is no monthly service fee, and we provide free wallet-sized or 3-on-a-page checks for every account. Plus, electronic statements are also available.

Iolta Accounts

This account earns a variable rate of interest on the entire account balance, and canceled checks are returned to the attorney with the monthly statement. The monthly service charge is paid only from the interest earned on the account, so the principal cannot be reduced.
